Service staff tutorial

       In coopration with Daimeler company EvoBus,  from 28th to 29th of january SIA “M.E.LAT-LUX” held a workshop about next generation SETRA coaches- 500th series Comfort Class. The event that was held in Cesis gathered employees from 8 biggest passanger transportation and service companies. Classes were managed by mr. Attila Haffner (EvoBus) and mr. Normunds Lūkins (SIA “M.E.LAT-LUX”). During the two days of studies, customers took both theoretical and paractical lessons. Informative books about 500th series SETRA coaches were translated and printed in Latvian specially for this event. Lectors explained a lot of details about setup, exploitation, maintenance and repair works of forementioned SETRA models. Also all the following questions were taken very serand given detailed answers to.

Although we had a lot of incoming questions, extended explenations were given to all of them.

            At the end all the participants got cetrificates as evidence for gained knowledge.
