"M.E.LAT-LUX" SIA was founded in 1992 as Latvian-Danish joint venture. In the early years the direction was both cargo and passenger van sales and service .
It gradually grew to coach and bus sales also offering some aftersales services to the customers .

Soon afterwards we bought our first coach and started passenger transportation.

In 1996 we purchased our first SETRA coach.

In 1999 we contracted Daimler group EvoBus GmbH company for SETRA general distribution. We are also general distributors of SETRA brand in Lithuania since 2003 and in Estonia since 2006 until 01.04.2020.

Since 1999 the annual BalticTour SETRA Familly happening is held every summer in cooperation with Evobus GMBH.

In 2008 EvoBus GmbH and M.E.LAT-LUX SIA celebrated the 10 year anniversary of succesful cooperation.

In May of 2009 SETRA bus driver of Baltic states competition was held in Bikernieku track.

In May of 2011. EvoBus GmbH celebrates SETRA 60 anniversary in both Germany and Cesis.

On 22nd December of 2011 the 100th new SETRA coach in Latvia, was sold to Talsu Autotransports AS.

In 2012, M.E.LAT-LUX celebrates its 20th anniversary.

Meanwhile we have always improved our service department thanks to qualified specialists in field.

Both local and inter state passenger transportation using the high quality and comfortable SETRA coaches has always played an important role in our company.

Since April 1, 2018 M.E.LAT-LUX represent Mercedes-Benz buses and coaches in Latvia and Lithuania.
